2. What we collect

  • Contact form: name, phone, email, project type and the message you voluntarily send us.
  • Cost simulator (on devis.wallconstructions.com): the project details you enter, plus your name, email and WhatsApp number so we can send you the estimate.

We collect no sensitive data and never ask for banking information on this site.

3. Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare your estimate/quote and get back to you about your project. No unsolicited prospecting, no aggressive follow-ups.

4. Who it is shared with (processors)

We never sell or rent your data. To run the site, it only passes through technical providers:

  • Web3Forms — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • Resend and 360dialog (WhatsApp Business) — send the email and WhatsApp message with your estimate, for the simulator.
  • Vercel — hosts the site.
  • Google Maps — the map on the Contact page is provided by Google (may set its own cookies).
  • Google (Analytics 4, Google Ads) — audience measurement and campaign performance, only after your consent.
  • Meta (Meta Pixel — Facebook / Instagram) — measurement of our advertising campaigns, only after your consent.

5. Retention

Your data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship, then deleted or archived. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Cookies & analytics

With your consent, this site uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) to understand how the site and our campaigns perform. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline them: until you accept, no advertising cookie is set. The Google Maps embed (Contact page) may also set its own third-party cookies.
