The budget
How much does a villa cost in Marrakech?
The price per m² is never set in stone — it depends on your project. As a rough guide, in 2026: expect 3,200 to 4,400 MAD/m² incl. tax for a complete structural build, and 8,500 to 12,000 MAD/m² for a fully finished villa, depending on the finishes.
